Dr Peter Brennan
MBBS, DRACOG
Dr Peter Brennan MBBS, DRACOG was born and raised on the Northern Beaches and attended Pittwater High School, just a stone’s throw away from our practice.
He graduated from the University of NSW in 1984 and has had a wide range of post-graduate training including paediatrics, a Diploma in Obstetrics, and Advanced Training in Sports Medicine. He has been in full-time general practice in Mona Vale since taking over his father’s practice in 1990. He enjoys the full range of health care that general practice can present through all stages of life, from infancy through childbearing, to aged and palliative care. He is trained in performing minor surgery including skin cancer checks, dive medicals and travel vaccinations.
He has a long history of pioneering innovation and evolution of general practice through the Manly Warringah Division of General Practice and through initiatives such as the Australian Primary Care Collaboratives Program.
He is married, has three gorgeous daughters and remains a very active participant in beach lifestyle as a patrolling surf lifesaver and longboard rider.
