** We would like to welcome a new doctor to Pittwater Family Practice – Dr Rahul Malhotra who will be starting on the 20th August 2026! He will be working Monday, Thursday and some Saturdays.

Dr Rahul Malhotra is a dedicated, passionate and empathetic General Practitioner with a strong interest in providing holistic care for his patients, and forming long-term therapeutic relationships.
Hailing from South Australia, Dr Malhotra graduated in Medicine from Flinders University with a Chancellor’s Letter of Commendation. He completed his GP training across a diverse range of urban, rural and remote clinics in South Australia, working alongside emergency medicine roles in rural hospitals, and earned his FRACGP in 2024 before moving to NSW, where he continues clinical practice as a contracted medical practitioner to the ADF and is a medical educator for registrars with the RACGP itself.
Dr Malhotra aims to empower his patients and provide patient-centred care, with a general focus on chronic disease management and preventative health, men’s health, cardiovascular disease and mental health care. Having gained further training in dermoscopy, he also provides skin and spot checks and minor skin procedures for his ongoing patients and routinely performs iron infusions when indicated.
He has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal medicine and has previously worked as a Sports Doctor with Sportsmed SA, and was also a team doctor in both the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and with FFA Australia Cup soccer teams.
He is also passionate about providing high quality care and coordination to patients rehabilitating from injury, in WorkCover medicine and in Occupational Health such as work-related medical assessments. He aims to provide genuine care by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and working with his patients to help them achieve their best health outcomes.
Outside of work, he enjoys a range of sports, running and staying active, and is a keen follower of AFL and cricket.

* Consultation fees are set by each individual tenant doctor. Dr Rahul Malhotra will bulk bill children 12 years and under, and Veterans but it is up to the tenant dovctor at the time of the consultation.
* This tenant doctor does not offer a bulk billing service on Saturdays. Saturdays consults incur a higher fee.
